Required background:
Strong experience on J2EE Architecture and Frameworks like Spring framework and Hibernate
Strong Experience on J2EE application servers preferably JBOSS
Strong Experience on Message Queue preferably Apache MQ
Experience using caching frameworks preferably EHCache
Experience with My SQL
Unix skills
