Job Description: 

The role of the Business Analyst will be to complete a Service Audit of all partners and service offerings. The work will comprise fully documenting the service offerings and "as a Service" architecture for each partner. 

Background with infrastructure or data center projects is essential for this role and knowledge of Cloud Services or IT as a Service is highly desirable.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Document key requirements, scope and deliverables for the Service Audit

• Develop a plan to complete the Audit. Define project milestones, status, risks, issues and success metrics and ensure effective reporting and communication

• Develop an interview questionnaire and conduct interviews with the Service Providers to document the service offerings.

 • Create a framework to categorize and sort the service offerings and identify any trends, common features or key takeaways

 • Document the "as a service" architecture for each Service Provider partner. 

 • Produce the final report with Executive Summary and conclusions

 

Education Required: Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent 

 Physical Requirements: No

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 • Proven track record of documenting IT Solutions comprising business, technical requirements and architectures

 • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills

 • Ability to influence others to achieve results

 • Project Management skills highly desirable

 • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of Public and Private Cloud models highly desirable

 • Experience of infrastructure or data center projects

 • Analytical Ability

 • Experience of working in a customer facing role

 • The ability to work with remote teams

 • Presentation, PowerPoint and Excel skills
