Duration: Minimum 1 year

Location: West Chester, PA

 

 

Experience level: 10 years

 

Note: Need a Product development engineer not a designer.

 

Domain: Medical devices exp is desirable, but not mandatory.

 

Skill Tag: Part Modeling, Assembly, Drawing, Life-Cycle Data Management.

 

Job Description:              

§  5 + years experience within a manufacturing environment.

§  Strong background required in verification and validation of product and process changes.

§  Requires Medical device experience and familiarity with FDA, ISO, cGMP and OSHA requirements.

§  Lead, direct, and manage engineering and lifecycle management projects within the customer Insulin Delivery team.

§  Collaborate with external engineering firms and internal stakeholders in Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality Assurance.

§  Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

§  Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

§  Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes, when necessary. Track project milestones and deliverables.

§  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
