Location: Maplewood, MN
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities
• Triage, research, resolve and support software and system issues
• Analyze system logs, source code and databases
• Write and execute scripts, develop database
• Cross-functional collaboration and coordination with Development,
Operations, Technical Service and QA teams
Required Skills:
• Skilled in object-oriented design and development technologies
including Java, J2EE.
• Working knowledge of database systems and design tools for Oracle
and SQL server.
• Competent in writing SQL / JSON scripts.
• Ability to operate in multiple environments, including Red Hat,
Linux and Windows Environments, IIS.
• Ability to tie system issues to code defects by reading and
analyzing code, system logs, etc..
• Knowledge of tools and methods to monitor system performance on
multiple systems..
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
