Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

Java,Web Front ends (HTML, DHTML,AJAX, HTML5, CSS, etc.), middle tier (Web services, REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.), back ends (ODBC, JDBC, mainframe), knowledge of HTTP, TCP/IP,Selenium/WebDriver
performance testing scripting experience using any of  industry-accepted tools: HP, IBM, Microsoft, JMeter
execute and analyze performance tests: load, stress, capacity, spike,

Knowledge of leasing/finance domain

Desired Technical/Functional Skills: 

C/C++,
