UX/UI Designer [West Coast Candidates]
Location: Redmond, WA.

Job Description:  
You will be responsible for building the look-and-feel designs and wireframes aligning with IA model defined by the Information Architecture, to create supporting files and images and apply them to the application. You will need to have a solid background in HTML and CSS, and experience modifying master pages, page layouts. You will have experience with Photoshop and understand how to work with branding and imagery.

Skills:
5+ years of experience in the following areas
• Experience with User Interface Development using HTML, CSS, XSLT, etc
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other image editing tools/applications is a plus
• Experience with Unit testing for consistency and accuracy
• Ability to work with other team members

Knowledge Required or Desired:
6-7+ Years of total Experience.
• Formal HCI (Human Computer Interaction), UX, Usability training from standard reputed institute like IIT, HFI, Symbiosis, etc.
• Masters at least one design communication tool such as Visio, OmniGraffle, Google Drawing, Photoshop, etc.
• Build wireframes using SketchFlow or expressions blend aligning with the IA models
• Creating optimized images, master pages, page layouts
• Translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences
• Refine user touch-points and drive workflow enhancements through iterative process;
• Early and frequent engagement with all key SME's to review and incorporate feedback
• Deliver UI metadata taxonomy hinging on the IA L2/L3 models
• Deliver high quality UX Specs to developers for implementation
