SAP SD/SM Functional Analyst
Location : San Francisco
Duration : 1 year
A minimum of 5+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution configuration / support experience in ERP 6.0 or above.
At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
Ability to handle a pipeline of numerous tickets, in terms of prioritization, categorization between break-fix and enhancements, etc.
Hands-on experience in all aspects of SAP Sales and Distribution, covering order to cash processes.
Strong SAP SD knowledge (Sales & Distribution); Shipping, Billing, Pricing, OTC processes, invoicing, sales orders, rebates, credit management processing, etc.
Knowledge of interfaces supporting SD/FI, SD/MM.
MUST HAVE : Order to delivery: RFQ, pricing, sales order booking, scheduling, delivery (picking, packing, shipping, etc.), RMA process
A broad functional knowledge of supporting SD processes, including customer master, pricing conditions, condition techniques, etc.
Ability to analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design.
Ability to evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across SD and other SAP modules.
Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across Sales and Distribution processes.
Ability to write detailed functional system specifications to support SD processes as well as document as-is system solution.
Ability to work closely with clients to find solutions and identify business process improvements.
Strong communication, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
