Requirement1: Documentum Developer
Role: Documentum Developer
Location- Malvern, PA
Duration-12 Month+
Skills:
1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Documentum v5.x and above.
2. WDK & BPM (Workflow) development experience is a must.
3. Experience with developing TBO/SBO, Methods, Modules & Jobs.
4. Experience in migration / upgrade of Documentum product suite (including FAST to xPlore).
5. Experience with doing development work on Spring-Source and/or RAD application tools.
6. Experience with writing Oracle stored procedures.
7. Writing Unix-Administration shell-scripts.
8. Deployed and used Documentum Foundation Services (webservices).
9. Experience in using VB/.NET is a plus.
10. Scheduling Ctrl-M Jobs (Windows & Unix) is a plus.
Requirement 2: Cisco Voice Engineer
Role: Cisco Voice Engineer
Location: Richfield, MN
Knowledge of Cisco PBX Hardware architecture.
Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices
Good knowledge in IP Phone and voice mail (Unity) box administration
Knowledge on Cisco Contact Center Platform.
Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya.
The candidate must exhibit a good knowledge in Voice administration and Maintenance skills.
Very good understanding of VOIP Technologies.
Experience in IPT design/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations
Good knowledge and use of VOIP Monitoring and Management Tools.
Knowledge of Avaya / Nortel voice system will be an added advantage.
Good understanding on ACD, Scripts and IVR terminologies and administration.
ITIL Foundation V2 or V3 Certified
Good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
Experience with process improvement and the ability to document processes and procedures
Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers.
Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs
Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects
Requirement3: Windchill or PDM Link Solution Architect
Role: Solution Architect
Location: Cincinatti, OH (Alternate Location : Houston)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Moving the production PDMlink 9.1 cluster instance to the new Strategic Datacenter using the new VM's
Identify and prepare test cases to test the deployment.
The team will test the physical behavior of the system in terms of speed, access from systems, network connections, network conflicts etc.
Team to fix application related issues or give recommendation for required changes and deployment to be validated again.

Upgrading the PDMlink 9.1 M060 to a higher 10.1 M020)
Verify & Validate System Deployment
Verify & Validate the new version of PDMLINK
Requirement4: QA Manager - HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND NEEDED.
Role: QA Manager

Skills:
Understanding of ICD-9 and ICD-10.
Testing experience in DUR (Drug utilization Review) and Third Party Billing (or adjudication or NCPDP D.0 billing).
Migration from ICD 9 to ICD 10 needed -HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND NEEDED.
