Desired Skills | Extensive experience in production support & enhancement/customization of Infinium finance modules Accounts Receivables (AR) Payables Ledger (PL) General Ledger (GL) Extensive experience in RPGLE, RPG/400 , CLLE, CL/400, OS/400,DB2/400. Experience in Change management/control tools required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Infinium Materials Management (MM) module would be an added advantage. Experience in Food Distribution / Supply chain management domain would be an added advantage |
Detailed JD | The resource should be able to · Support Infinium financial applications - AR, Pl & GL. · Develop/Customize AR/PL/GL modules. · Interact/work with IT Managers/Business Managers/Users/team members on a daily basis. · Work with Change Management tools like Change Master · Work with ticketing systems like Remedy · Respond/Resolve the assigned support tickets, to the satisfaction on the user, within the given SLAs. · Adhere to the standards/processes & guidelines. |
