1.Strong Functional experience and expertise around Sales and pre_sales processes (specifically CRM functions)  10 plus years

2.Good Understanding of Usability and User experience UIs from an end user perspective

3.Capable to drive and conduct requirement gathering discussions and drive solutions around CRM

4.Background of SAP CRM preferred

5.Strong Customer facing experience in a lead role of Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant

6.Excellent Communication skills  and documentation experience.
