Infrastructure-Contact Center | ContactCenter model
Provide support to consulting and technical teams in different processes including design, development and deployment; document system understanding, contribute to knowledge transfer with the objective of ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
· Working with Business owners, developers and IT Team to collect the requirements
· Work with IT Team to understand technical aspect of the system
· Translating Business requirement to IT / Technical requirements
· Writing formal functional and non-functional requirement specifications
· Good knowledge of IVR Technologies, Avaya Experience Portal, Nuance Speech Engine, Java, J2EE, Web-services
· Telecom and Cable domain preferred
· Experience in various billing systems
· Database knowledge – Oracle, RDBMS
· Minimum 3 years' experiences in Business Analyst roll for large scale enterprise IVR.
4. Education Requirement: BE
5. Years of Experience: 7-10 yrs
6. Certification Requirement: N/A
7. Soft Skills Requirement: Good oral and written communication.
8. Work Hours/Schedule: Regular shift
