JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

Job Title	Data Modeller
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	Experience 8-10 years
Technical/Functional Skills	·         8+ years proven data or integration architecture experience ·         5+ years of experience in database technologies, data design and performance optimization for large OLAP & Data Warehouse solutions. ·         Expert in relational and dimensional structures for large (multi-terabyte) operational, analytical, warehouse and BI systems ·         Skilled in data profiling, business domain modeling, logical data modeling, physical relational data modeling and design ·         Strong skills in Entity Relationship Modeling (ERWin modeling software preferred) ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills ·         Ability to work in a large, complex business and technical environment ·         Experience with Insurance and/or Claims Data preferable ·         Experience with Erwin or similar data modeling tool ·         Strong SQL expertise
Experience Required	·         Excellent communication skills (oral and written), diligent, detail-oriented, good team-player ·         Life Insurance Knowledge will be a bonus
Roles & Responsibilities	·         Design logical and physical  models across multiple Data Warehouses ·         Define standards for naming, describing, governing, managing enterprise data ·         Organize working sessions with business operations team to understand sources of data and expected output.
Generic Managerial Skills	·         Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies       ·         Organizational skills ·         Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
Work Location	Clinton, NJ
