Position : Resco/CRM developer

Location: Bartleville, ok

Duration : 6+ months

Requisition Details:

• Typically requires at least 10-15 years of experience. 
• This position is for an xRM(CRM) and RESCO developer to facilitate a project for the Lower 48 business unit. Ideal candidate will have both CRM and Resco experience. Target bill rate $100/hr.  
• Participates as an active team member on projects working with the Product Owner and Scrum.
• Master in the completion of product development tasks.
• Collaborates with all teammates on design and development tasks.
• Contributes to the team by analyzing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining high quality software solutions as required.
• Responsible for meeting the milestones set for projects and for completing user stories in sprints as stated in the definitions of done.
• Follows established standards and guidelines to deliver projects that are of high quality and high value to COP .
• Learns, follows, adapts, and applies agile software development techniques, methodologies, and processes. Responsible for contributing, receiving, and acting upon constructive feedback for continuous process, product, and self-improvement.
• Provides technical knowledge to enhance overall product performance, usability, aesthetics, and consistent pattern compliance.
• Conducts code reviews and performs component, visual, functional, and automated testing. Works with Technical Support to reproduce and resolve customer issues as required.
• Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations and is recognized as an expert in subject matter. 
• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects. Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
