Role : Sr.Technical recruiter (Remote Position)
Location : Redmond, WA
Duration : 18 Months
Job Description :
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines, including using relationship management techniques, that yield high quality candidates for short and long term hiring needs
• Evidence of building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
• Ability to interact and influence business leaders at varying levels - from new managers to Vice Presidents
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• Demonstrated ability for effective cross-group collaboration
• Active participation in a positive teamwork environment
• Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
• BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
• Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate
• Phenomenal interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers
