Position: Manual Test Lead

Location :San Diego CA

Duration :Long Term

 

Required Skills:

 

? Experience in Banking domain. Understanding of retail and commercial banking systems and branch systems

? Experience in creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimations

? Hands on with Black Box, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, Regression, Front End and Back End Testing

? Exposure to working in onshore /offshore model and willing to coordinate with offshore daily

? Exposure to release management cycle

? Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause and provide detailed bug reports

? Coordinate with development team and business for issues / clarifications / reviews and sign offs

? Extensive knowledge of HP ALM

? Should be well versed with various QA matrices
