Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Charlotte, North Carolina

Duration : 6+months

Minimum Requirements:

Business analysis, requirements analysis, requirements management, program management, product management, software lifecycle experience.	Required	7	Years
Agile experience working with development teams in Sprints	Required	5	Years

Ability to translate high level Business requirements to actionable stories (including technical)	Required	7	Years
Ability to incorporate and create detailed requirements, use cases, test cases and meaningful stories to meet business requirements and which supports	Required	7	Years

Ability to negotiate with stakeholders	Required	7	Years
Ability to work to gain commitment from stakeholders and team members	Required	7	Years

Ability to proactively work towards becoming a subject matter expert	Required	7	Years
Experience working closely with QA to ensure QA requirements and needs are met to allow detailed and thorough product testing	Required	7	Years

Ability to assist in managing development issues and ensuring the escalation of necessary issues	Required	7	Years
Ability to maintain a good understanding of product vision to assure current stories are formulated in a manner to lay the most effective groundwork	Required	7	Years

Ability to facilitates and conduct meetings and interactions of necessary support groups	Required	7	Years
Ability to act as the point of collaboration to assure all members of the product team stay in sync, communicate effectively	Required	7	Years

Intermediate knowledge of testing and QA procedures	Required	7	Years
Strong Problem Solving Skills	Required	7	Years

Strong Communication Skills	Required	7	Years
Internally motivated. Takes ownership and accountability for own work. Pushes self for results on commitments/deadlines.	Required	7	Years
