Job Details:
Title        : Senior Industrialization Engineer

Location: Mequon , WI

Duration: 2+ years

Industrialization/Industrial experience is required.
Must have good interpersonal skills and work well within a team environment, able to analyze engineering drawings,  experience in AutoCad and MicroSoft Excel and Word essential.

 

Position summary:

 

This position is a key contributing member to the new product development teams with a primary responsibility of supporting the efforts associated with product packaging.  

Executes on projects of medium complexity and scope.

Will perform multiple and parallel activities across projects.

Teams with engineering on project issues and develops various resolution options.

 

Works on inter-functional projects to achieve key factors of project success, which include communicating project schedules, delivering a documented packaging solution (bill of materials), facilitating the scheduling of packaging tests, and documenting the results of these tests.

Works in conjunction with the project team in determining technical objectives of assignments.

 

Functional:

 

Takes initiative to define, analyze, and lead implementation of processes that improve project specific packaging processes. Continually seeks out improvement opportunities. Teams with others to achieve these activities. 

 

Under general direction, facilitates packaging solutions based on customer requirements. 

 

Responsibilities include: documenting the design of protective packaging used on variety of sizes of industrial products (AutoCad), managing individual projects with minimal supervision, working with new product industrialization leads to ensure packaging solutions meet both the customer and process requirements, scheduling necessary package performance testing, and communicating and documenting package test results (MSWord).
