Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Experience in Nunit Experience with POS Application/or fuel management solutions highly desired. Software Engineer  Position Summary: This position involves extensive design and development of payment, point-of-sale, and/or fuel management solutions. The successful software engineer must be able to build high quality solutions on a variety of platforms quickly, document these solutions, build test suites, and be able to publish and adhere to contract APIs. Qualification Requirements: B.S/B.A. Degree – Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 5 years of: C#, C++, .NET; XML; TCP/IP socket programming Object-oriented design Multi-threading and real-time software architectures Windows CE and real-time embedded system is a big plus Code profiling, optimization, analysis tools Automated testing Automated builds Code reviews Software design patterns Secure coding practices Knowledge of VB .NET is a plus Writing our unit tests using NUnit Position Responsibilities: Design, implement and deliver defect free software on time and meet customer needs Modify and extend existing global design framework Consult with team lead and management to review and create engineering functional specifications, Scrum user stories and provide product backlog estimates Design and code independently on individual assignments, and help others in the team to deliver their assignments, in each Scrum sprint Provide engineering support after product is delivered to field and always strive for continuous improvement Meet & follow development schedules Produce design documents and functional specifications Design and code with security in mind, following company published secure coding practices. Interface with customers and their software developers and integrators. Additional Attributes: Ability to promote ideas and make sound technical decisions as a member of a team of technical experts. Ability to produce detailed and complete functional design and interface documents Ability to directly interface with internal and possibly external customers is required Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software quickly through iterative development Ability to stay organized and focused while supporting multiple areas of shifting technical and conceptual complexity Strong problem solving and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Agile software development process experience Familiar with software source control, bug tracking and build process Self-starter:  Ability to work with global team of experts
