Position: SFDC / Service Cloud Business Analyst
Duration: 9 – 12 months
Location: Collegeville PA

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in Sales Force area/agile development; 1+ years in Service Cloud Business Analysis
  
• 2+ years' experience with SFDC development experience includingForce.com<http://force.com/>, Apex, Visualforce andsalesforce.com<http://salesforce.com/> APIs
  
• Knowledge of SFDC configurations (Validations rules, Workflows, Assignment rules, Approval processes, Reports/Dashboards, Access Control, Custom objects/fields), Visualforce and Apex
  
• experience 6+ years;
