Position - .Net Architect with TFS
Location - Madison, Wisconsin
Duration - 1+ Years contract
DFI is looking for a resource to aid in restructuring its Microsoft Team Foundations Server environment. This position will consult with DFI’s application architects and developers. DFI’s application environment includes: Visual Studio 2010, Team Foundation Server 2010, Continuous Builds via homegrown Python solution, SQL Server 2008, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and WinForms.
Skills and experience required are:
• 3+ years Configuration Manager, Operational Architect or DevOps experience
• 2+ years Team Foundation Server 2010 or higher
• Continuous integration builds via MSBuild
• Development and maintenance of branching and merging process in TFS
• Definition and management of source control structure
• Experience leveraging TFS to package software
• Setting up code-based metrics and reporting in TFS
• Experience working with and modifying TFS work items and process templates

Responsibilities:
He/She will use their expertise of technology and service delivery in the cloud space to help clients address their business needs and provide solutions
Ability to setup SFDC practice
Lead and manage SFDC Implementation and Support projects
Demonstrated leadership experience and proven experience in handling teams and projects
Responsible for interacting with Business Users and resolving issues/queries related to SFDC on real time basis
Identify pain areas of client in SFDC and provide technical solution for it
Focusing on development of accelerators/tools for SFDC and new enhancements in SFDC releases
Requirements:
7 years of consulting experience in Salesforce.com
Prior experience in architecture, design, administration and implementation of Salesforce.com
Certified SFDC Consultant or Developer/Administrator (preferred)
Proven ability to manage and set client expectations
Ability to interact with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
Firm understanding of project management processes and methodologies
Understands cloud-based technologies: demonstrates competency in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and successfully position with customers
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations

Position - Peoplesoft Database/Security analyst
Location - Madison, Wisconsin
Duration -1+ years
Assists with the development and maintenance of the infrastructure to support Oracle's PeopleSoft application package. Experience supporting Oracle's Exadata, Exalogic and Exalytics server environments. Additional experience with Oracle Fusion Middle Ware, Virtual Machine, Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains organization’s database[s]. Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process. Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Experience with PeopleSoft data is required.
