As a member of this high-performance IT team, the SAP CRM & Web Technical Lead will provide technical leadership in developing Customer-facing (web) and Employee-facing solutions in the SAP/CRM space to meet business requirements. Some of the specific responsibilities are: • Lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the technical development in one or more SAP implementation projects. Manage performance fine tuning and adherence to development standards for the broader SAP program. • Work collaboratively with project teams, the business, functional analysts and developers to ensure the best technical solution to complex programs. • Plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of RICEF objects including Custom transactions, Integration, SmartForms, and interfaces, primarily in SAP CRM environment and also in ECC. • Guide the SAP technical team to recognize and implement new SAP technologies - specifically web (SAPUI5, HTML5, Java, JavaScript) • Handle teams of onshore and offshore developers - assign and review allocated tasks working with the team manager based on project and business needs • Develop and enforce development standards by performing code reviews for development done by onsite and offshore developers | Qualifications: | • Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a related field • At least 5 years of SAP CRM 7.0 technical development experience - ideally on a minimum of 1-2 end-to-end CRM projects • 5+ Years experience using the SAP ABAP Workbench, Java, HTML5, SAPUI5, JavaScript • Experience and very strong knowledge in SAP CRM Web Channel including ICSS(Internet Customer Self Service) • Exp with Web channel applications containing on-line ordering of services / products, order history, XCM settings • Setting up of ICSS( Internet Customer self Service) along with email and chat tools • Working knowledge on BOL, CRM-specific BADIs, EEWB, GENIL, SAPArchive Link, SAP Workflow • Ability to multi-task & handle high-pressure situations • Excellent Oral and written communication Skills • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Ability to use good judgment to make effective decisions with appropriate risk-mitigation.
