Position:-Sofware QA Engineer
Location:-Cupertino/CA
Duration:-6+Months

 

Role Description
As the member of QA team, you will be involved in testing of iAd Inventory Management System. This role will involve engagement with developers, Product Designers and Product Managers as well as a range of other stakeholders. You will design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts, perform manual testing of new features, gain good understanding of the system and enhance automation. You will need to identify missing test cases and refine existing tests, estimate and prioritize work based on the release needs.

Required Skills/Experience:
    ⁃    5+ years experience in software development and QE (data-driven, white box test automation and system level testing).
    ⁃    1+ years of programming experience in Java.
    ⁃    1+ years of experience with Databases and SQL.
    ⁃    Knowledge of Mobile Advertising.
    ⁃    Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills.
    ⁃    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
    ⁃    Expert ability to write clear and concise test documents and automation scripts.

    ⁃    Experience working with large data management systems, algorithm testing, api testing
    ⁃    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another engineering discipline.

Desired Skills:
    ⁃    Experience in multi-platform testing (Mac OSX, UNIX, LINUX).
    ⁃    Experience in testing Forecasting applications.
    ⁃    Experience of Hive/HDFS/Oracle data base
    ⁃    Knowledge of JSON, XML is plus
