Location: Owings Mills, MD

**2 roles are mid level with 3 years experience and 2 roles are senior with 5 plus years experience **


This contract business analyst must be able to independently gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the developers.  

In addition, the analyst should be able to create system test cases as well as execute the test.

A strong understanding of relational databases repositories will be needed, good effective communication must be present as this person will interface with both technical partners as well as the business partners
