Position: Oracle Apex and Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 4 - 5 Months
VISA: US Citizens Only
Rate: $Open/hr on C2C

Experience and Skills Required
Consultant must have:
· PL-SQL, SQL, APEX integration with Oracle EBS modules.
· APEX skills need to be more advanced than having capabilities that allow reporting on, searching, viewing data.
· Experience in APEX needs to include developing solutions that integrate with existing EBS applications.
· Knowledge and experience on i-Procurement, and Procurement Oracle EBS modules, and other Oracle products.
· Ability to lead and cross-train others on APEX during the implementation and development of the solution.
Qualifications:
· Successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent training and experience, and at least eight years' of Oracle experience.
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
· Written communication skills including the ability to document functional requirements and specifications, technical design documentation, test plans and training materials.
· Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and discretion.
· Ability to establish and maintain strong and effective customer relations.
· Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in an independent and dynamic environment while balancing and prioritizing a heavy workload.
Position description and Specific Duties to be performed:
This person will work closely with software developer professionals that work to support the Oracle Release 12.1.3 products, primarily Procurement, i-Procurement and associated extensions and customizations. Currently Oracle Procurement, i-Procurement, General Ledger, Project Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, i-expense and associated extensions are included in the Oracle Suite of products being utilized.
Primary responsibility will include the technical tasks required to implement APEX as part of an overall solution to build and implement a P-Card solution. Responsibilities will include some amount of skills and effort during all phases of the full software lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Problem solving and system documentation are required during all phases of the project. This project was started last year and put on hold due to funding limitations. While the client has ideas on design solutions, and has even begun building a solution, the responsibility of assisting with requirements gathering, and collaborating with other developers to validate the design is in the scope of this request. Will also follow defined application development standards and processes, change management processes and procedures, and other company policies and regulations
