| MOI:-Telephonic followed by face to face USC/GC/EAD-GC-Only Position Description The IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) Developer candidate will support and extend the existing multi-domain identity resolution configuration for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Roles and Responsibilities · Provide MDM subject matter expertise to various functional groups and business units within CMS in the area of Identity Resolution (IR). · Provide MDM domain training to business partners and MDM system users including IR, Data Stewardship, and operations. · Conduct source system analysis, and data profiling for to ensure accurate and repeatable Identity resolutions across multiple domains and data sources. · Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful IR practice. · Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the endorsed MDM tool, such as IBM InfoSphere MDM, etc. · Participate in evaluating best integration methods · Participate in IR performance tuning and issue resolution Required Education and Experience · Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline · Over 5 years of knowledge of the IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard or Advanced Edition MDM suite. · Over 5 years hands-on programming/analysis/design and scripting skills in Operating Systems (Windows, Unix and Linux) · Over 5 years' experience with either Oracle and/or DB2 databases, with high volume (>300GB) · Hands on experience on Infosphere integration with other components of the integration pipeline · Experience in Infosphere performance tuning and issue resolution · Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve problems outside your area of expertise · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to understand complex data models · Ability to facilitate discussions and drive toward quick decisions · Ability to grasp data challenges and business drivers of the enterprise and provide guidance on how to leverage the MDM solution to address them. Desired Education and Experience · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related equivalent experience. · Experience designing and deploying reusable components in a Services Oriented Architecture. · Experience designing and deploying solutions tailored for transactional workloads. · Knowledge on current trends in data integration and business analytics technologies, with experience of Master Data Management. · Experience with configuration of MDM system components leveraging message queue technologies. · Experience delivering MDM solution components in an agile manner.
