Job Title: Telecom Engineer - L3

Work Location: Westchester, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

***Passport copy is mandatory for H1B Candidates (NO OPT'S)***

Job Description:-

• Intermediate/Expert understanding of the following Telecom Products

• Nortel, BCM, Client, Siemens, Alcatel, IPPBX , Avaya

• Knowledge /hands on experience on Avaya, Nortel, BCM, Client, Siemens, Alcatel, IPPBX 

• Modular messaging, Audix ,  Voice gateways, 

• Understanding of traditional call flows and communication Protocols (SIP, H.323, and ISDN).

• Knowledge /hands on experience on PBX administration & Management 

• Hands on experience on Analog/Digital /TDM equipment 

• Hands on experience on PBX Management and troubleshooting for Telephony issues. 

• Configuration /troubleshooting knowledge on Trunks, E1/ T1 etc.

• Dial plan schemes and infrastructure.

• Knowledge on Avaya contact center technologies.

Mandatory Skills: 

None of the profiles shared fits the bill , these people are primarily TDM-Voice guys . Please look for people who has network –Data ( mandatory ) with voice / video skills like Cisco IPT , Polycom (mandatory) and Lifestyle ( good to have ).
