Job Description:

Required Skills:

·         Demonstrated experience with Campaign Management tool(s)

·         Adobe Campaign required (Neolane preferred / not required)

·         Terrradata

·         Pardot

·         Workfront

·         Marketing 360

·         etc.

·         Demonstrated proficiency with database applications such as SQL, MYSQL, Oracle  & Access

·         Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

 

Nice-to-Have (NOT Required):

·         Experience in pharmaceutical domain.

·         Experience developing and maintaining sites within the TeamSite and/or Sitecore CMS applications

·         General understanding of PHP programming

·         Experience with Mobile development

·         Responsive / Adaptive design standards

·         Mobile framework development, Ex: Bootstrap

·         Proficient in other CRM platforms which target consumers is a Plus.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure effective and efficient communication with the brand stakeholders

·         Requirement gathering to define the business goals of the campaign

·         Target audience(s)

·         Critical success factors

·         Reporting standards

·         Responsible defining and adhering to the SLA's of the marketing requests.

·         Responsible for Email Campaing planning and deployments

·         Data management (SQL and ETL),

·         Content building

·         Audience Definition and Segmentation

·         Campaign Execution

·         Campaign reporting

·         Help brand teams ensure that technical queries are being addressed appropriately

·         Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to code, data segmentation, and analytics.

·         Understands the changing nature and dynamics of the business and ensures that the team is ready from a skill and capability perspective to manage the changes.

 

General Experience Required:

·         Required to have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing / campaign management experience

·         Minimum of 3 years' experience in database design and development.

·         Substantial experience with the web development process

·         Complete comfort with Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.

·         Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and meet deliverable dates with limited supervision

·         Must understand and be capable of working in a flexible environment where overtime and extra efforts may be required

·         Willingness to work with and collaborate effectively with both internal and external (agency / vendor) team members

·         Evaluate new methodologies and technologies and make recommendations for the improvement of business processes and provide assessments and recommendations including results reporting
