2. 2.At least 7 years of experience in IVR development experience on Genesys platform.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. 1.Experience of Genesys cloud will be preferred
2. 2.Hands on Experience in Engineering and designing of ECR (Enhanced Call Routing) and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications
