Detailed JD 

·         Working with customers and vendors to enable data integration across.

·         Provides technical expertise and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other Business-to-Business communications.

·         Duties include testing, implementing and maintaining B2B transactions, developing and maintaining trading partner definitions including relevant translation objects utilizing B2B translation software tools.

·         Work closely with application development teams on integration solutions for new projects and enhancements.

·         Supports the user community and creates and maintains partner relationships with customers and vendors.

·         Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources

 

 

Work Experience Required:

B2B integration with focus on EDI integration; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with IBM Sterling Gentran for Unix/Windows

Experience with Retail customers /vendors are preferable
