1. Experience on any ticketing tool adhering to ITIL Process
2. Good Onsite Offshore and Client coordination
3. Monitoring database availability, problem resolution, troubleshooting

Detailed Job Description:
Perform all structural changes to DB2 databases. Monitor the DB2 production servers for potential problems. Ensure integrity, availability and performance of DB2 database systems by providing technical support and maintenance. Monitor database performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Assist in capacity planning, space management and data maintenance activities for database system
Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): BTECH
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Ensure integrity, availability and performance of DB2 database systems by providing technical support and maintenance
2. Assist in capacity planning, space management and data maintenance activities for database system
3. Perform all structural changes to DB2 databases
