Lead the L3 and L2 support team performing application on-boarding for single sign on – Ping Access
•Candidate must have prior experience in implementing single sign on solutions and performing application on-boarding related activities.
•Must be able to support customer in defining an SSO roadmap for identified applications.
•Assist in the architecting/ re-defining SSO platform if required.
•Lead Access Management & SSO deployments based on Ping Access.
•Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional issues
•Interact with customer stakeholder teams to provide capacity planning and analysis to ensure Customer system can meet Customer performance requirements
•Perform Change Management & Release Management as per the customer defined processes and frameworks
•Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience in Access Management space with at least a minimum of 3-4 years of experience on technical architecture, design development, implementation and application integration in the Access Management and Single Sign-On (SSO) space
•Hands On experience on Ping Access (not only trained)
•Must have performed installation, setup & configuration of Ping Access
