POSITION

Project Manager

Salem, OR

9 Months

 

Primary Objectives

The project team validated the following desired outcomes:

·         Single data entry to capture time, leave, and performance measurement data (Performance measurement data includes non-financial information that can be captured along with employee time, such as number of customers served, number of processes completed, workflow, or work order tasks.)

·         Automation of manual processes and incorporation of best practices

·         Reduced number of data entry errors and the associated staff time needed to identify and process error corrections

·         Enhanced support for management auditing processes and support for decision analysis

·         The project is currently well underway with the contractor, Kronos selected and contract in place. Currently design specifications are being developed, for future implementation and testing.

 

Role need

The agency seeks a highly experienced PM to manage the ODOT Agency Project and coordinate the 3 agency through the configuration and User acceptance testing phase.
