-Sitecore 8.0 certification – They need this for sure
-MVC
-.Net (ASP and C#)
-Experience with Oracle and SQL Database

 

Plusses

-Experience with coveo ( search engine for sitecore)
-Experience with kendo (development tool based on grids)

 

Day-2-Day *

-Backend development
-Working on new and existing development
-Support and enhancements
