· Ability to collect requirements, analysis, design and develop
application using Sitecore framework.
· Ability to interact with client IT and Business teams to
address technical dependencies and deployment of solutions, resolve
technical issues and identify risks
· Advise Customer Teams and IT Core team on technical options,
issues, and bring proposed solutions
· 10 years' experience architecting, designing, building and
deploying solutions
· Can review others Bidders team work and provide feedback and guidance.
· Proven and high-quality results working under tight timelines
· Strong leadership, with Strong written and verbal
communication skills and the delegation skills.
· Proven and high-quality results working under tight timelines
· Strong leadership, self-awareness and teaming capabilities
Experience working with geographically distributed teams a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide overall technical and solution oversight for all work
within scope and insure consistency of work product, alignment with
standards.
· Ability of the in scope work to operate and be supported
within PSEG environment.
· Understand requirements and overall solution, the end to end
architecture and how they fit together.
· Provide suggestions for architecture, design, and operational
improvements for high performance and ease of operation.
· Single coherent bidder technology lead for the project.
· Work to coordinate and communicate the schedule and
relationships between the various threads with the overall project
schedule and approach.
· Liaison between deployment team and development team,
scheduling deployments, coordinating deployments to achieve project
goals.

· Provide estimations for Sitecore based solutions.
· Drive and provide architecture, design and technical guidance
to project team,
· Interact with clients' technical architecture and leads to
integrate Sitecore solution with other systems.
