Senior Java Developer/File Net Specialist - F2F
Interview: Face 2 Face must.
Required Skills/Experience:
(the following must be reflected in work experience on resume to receive credit)
• Object Oriented Programming Experience. (minimum 10 years)
• Java (experience with Eclipse and/or Rational Team Concert – minimum 10 years).
• Java Frameworks (JSF, EJB 3.1, Primefaces, Hibernate – minimum 5 years).
• Design/Develop and unit test server-side JEE/Java Code. Very strong design and implementation skills in Java/JEE Technology. (minimum 10 years)
• IBM Jazz suite (i.e. Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager) Experience (minimum 5 years' experience).
• IBM Websphere Experience. (Minimum 5 years' experience).
• Database Programming/SQL Experience with major DBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle) (Minimum 10 years' experience.).
• Web Services Experience (SOAP, RESTful) (Minimum 5 years' experience)
• XML Experience (XML, XSD, XSLT). (Minimum 5 years' experience)
• Systems Architecture Experience. (Minimum 4 years' experience).
• Superior analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Java Certification.
• Document Management (training and/or experience – FileNet preferred – Panagon or P8).
Task Assignments:
1. Perform advanced java development tasks
2. Perform code reviews and assist in mentoring other developers
3. Assist the Senior Architect/Team Lead in java design/development tasks to complete high priority IT Portfolio Projects (such as DEP/JPA). The expectation is that this candidate will perform significant coding tasks as well as mentoring/assisting/reviewing the work other developers.
4. Develop/maintain Common Components as needed.
5. Provide architecture and/or advanced programming skills to high priority IT Portfolio Projects as directed.
6. Perform knowledge transfer/transition activities to facilitate the use and maintenance of developed components.
