NEED LOCALS

Job Description:

• Understand business requirements and provide consultation/ best practice recommendations
• Deep knowledge of the .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2012, VB.NET and/or C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, AJAX, MVC, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET. HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSL, XSD, WWF, WPF, WCF, Silverlight and associated technologies and standards.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and goal oriented achievement.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people.
