1. 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management,
2. 3+ years of experience in AgileScrumKanban. At least 2 years coaching in agile
3. Capable of coaching multi teams simultaneously. Handson experience as a scrum master and or developer.


Education/ Certifications (Required): 
SPC4 certification
