Job Description
(1) Lead and drive the implementation of the Archiving Target Operating Model (TOM)
(2) Lead the governance of the Archiving Change The Bank (CTB) via the oversight of the Archiving OpCo and Run The Bank (RTB) initiative through the setup and execution of the Archiving Council
(3) Establishing BAU and rollout of Archiving as a Service (AaaS) to executed Archiving RTB goals
This work also includes the research, authoriship, review and publishing of DB Group policies and other formal documents to support the TOM and Archiving as a Service paradigm.

• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple business groups and domains [essential]
• Good written and spoken English [essential]
• Bring prior experience and industry knowledge of Records Management and apply it to real life archiving situations and challenges as described by both CTB and RTB teams [preferable]
• Knowledge of Financial Sector Regulation.
• Exposure to global jurisdictional policy definition.
• Must have a strong knowledge of general Information Governance frameworks.
• Structured and self organised [essential]
• Strong planning and highly organised with ability to prioritise key deliverables across workstreams and domains [essential].
