Job Description :-

 

Job Summary:	The candidate will manage the technical delivery of development projects. Working as a liaison between the Project Manager and the development team, the Delivery Lead will manage the day to day development activities and coordinate schedule with the relevant Project Manager. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for creating the development schedule and coordinating with the testing and business analyst teams.
Other Responsibilities:	1) Weekly: Check with BAs: a. What specs are being worked on? b. Are specs on track for delivery? c. Are there any blockers? 2) Weekly: Check with Dev: a. What JIRA tickets have been completed? b. Are any DPL tickets needed for the near future? c. Are there any blockers? 3) Weekly: Check with PM: a. Any L1/3 concerns? b. Scope: Has it changed? c. Timeline: Is it feasible? d. Budget: Has it changed? 4) Daily: Scheduling: a. Review schedules for each project. b. Review my JIRA dashboard to ensure tickets aren't languishing in my queue. c. Is it the end of week? Send updated schedules out. 5) Weekly: Delivery Planning: a. For each project, ensure a matrix is connecting features/components to a relevant system/service. b. Attend or check in with every system owner to ensure there are no scheduled (or unscheduled) downtimes for the week.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:	• BS in Computer Science or relevant equivalent • Possess a robust vocabulary of technical terminology • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel • Familiarity with JIRA and wiki-style documentation • Five-or-more years of experience in software development teams
