Oracle Business Analyst

Location: Hoboken, NJ 07030

Engagement type: Contract – 6 months+

Interview process:
Face to face or phone/Skype

 

Local preferred, but willing to look at non-local candidates willing to relocate.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Pearson requirements are captured and identified in RTM's
• Working alongside SI, provide expertise to the following:
• Gap Dispositions
• End to End Process flows
• CEMLI rationalization
• Ensure Solution Design meets all requirements
• Functional Specification sign-off
• CRP scenarios to be demonstrated
• Input into Data Migration mappings and reconciliations to support DM teams and business sign-offs
• Testing scenarios identified, executed, and issues resolved

 
Required Skills/Experience

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelors degree
• Extensive Oracle Financials knowledge including GL, FA, CM, AGIS, Multi-Org, SLA-understanding functionality, configuration and underlying table structure. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting derivation from sub ledgers - AR, PO, AP, Projects, FA and Inventory 
• Broad experience and understanding of finance and accounting functions 
• Strong analytical skills and a committed triaging ability 
• Proven global program experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to engage with different groups of stakeholders. 
• Maintains a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks and issues 
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good organizational, planning & time management skills.
