Position: SFDC Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

This is a hands-on Bi development position with emphasis on Salesforce.com development and support.
working to create and support software system solutions. This position will work in a team environment
to recommend, design, and solutions that enable business processes to enhance the productivity and
profitability of the company. This successful candidate for the Bi Salesforce specialist position
will have 3+ years experience in Salesforce.com development experience.
Preference to including Apex and Visual force page development experience.
Experience with MS SQL SSIS data integrations withSalesforce.com preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of Salesforce.com development experience
• Experience with MS SQL SSIS and SSRS in data integrations and reporting.
• Experience with process documentation and testing.
• Ability to read, debug and understand Apex custom code.
• Experience with complex compensation plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in project teams.
• Experience in a global organization in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Interfaces with functional process owners and users to identify, define and document operations needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of system access.
• Create processes and procedures in MS SQL including SSIS and SSRS
• Monitor and maintain data integrations between Salesforce.com, Sql Server, and Erp systems.
• Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development.
• Trains users and supports training in the usage of system functionality
• Writing scripts and jobs to automate the creation and distribution of data and reports.
