Job Description:
We are looking for a Tech Lead who are not intimidated by challenges who thrive even under pressure are passionate about their craft and are hyper focused on delivering exceptional results. They should have solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Java, AngularJS, Golang, Python, REST, JSON, XML, HTML / HTML5, CSS, Docker, Serverless, NoSQL databases, relational databases, Hadoop, Chef, Maven, iOS, Android, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure to name a few.

Incremental Tech Lead Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery team and support ownership of quality craftsmanship, availability, resiliency, and scalability of the team's solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Handle highly complex, sometimes ambiguous tasks
• Communicate team status and issues effectively and proactively

Tech Lead Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 8 years of experience in Application Development across multiple languages, including Java, Golang, Node.js, Python
• At least 3 years of experience in systems and program design
• At least 3 years of experience providing technical leadership on software application development
• At least 3 years of experience running large-scale applications
• At least 3 years of experience in people management
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile Delivery
• At least 2 years of experience building applications leveraging Public Cloud (AWS)
• At least 2 years of experience designing & delivering solutions using mature Dev Ops processes and CI/CD Tools
• At least 1 year of container development experience

Tech Lead Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Engineering, or Master's Degree in Information Systems
• 10+ years of experience in a technical role
• 6+ years of experience leading the full life-cycle of IT development and platform support
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
• 2+ years of experience with ATDD practices
• 2+ years of experience with test architecture
• 2+ years of experience with test automation tools
• 2+ years of experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry
