COMM MUST BE VERY GOOD – CLIENT INTERFACING

FROM MANAGER:

All candidates were too light and they know its on them, the rates were low.

The manager went back and asked for more money and got it.

Please focus on the following MUST BE VERY STRONG:

-          strong Entity framework experience,

-          Web Forms

-          strong CUSTOM web development experience

-          SQL Stored procedures.

-          Good communication and ability to work independently a must.  

Their team is FAST PACED and need to be able to be strong, independent on DAY ONE.
