Role: Storage Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: San Jose, CA

 

Required Skills:

 

·         Experience in HW platform consisting of super micro servers, Dell servers, Connected View, etc.

·         Experience in SW to connect SSDs and memories to the above HW platform.

·         Networking, Storage, Server OS, System IO (PCIe, Ethernet)

·         Experience in creating Open Platform on deporting App. Linux OS, Drivers, Kernel, User Space Development, Multi-threaded development, Low level OS (Virtualization Layer, Containers).

·         Able to find and solve the bottlenecks during the different phases of implementation Platform Characterization to determine where networking and storage IO

·         Experience in implementation first, perform characterization next and then mitigate implementation risks

·         Skill to improve performance driver optimization and thread optimization
