Must have:
The Senior Data Analyst requires strong SQL skills and a strong sense of curiosity to conduct complex data analysis across disperse and independent systems.
Ensures all process documentation for the Data Quality and Meta Data Management are complete and up to date.
A strong sense of curiosity drives the Senior Data Analyst to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in connection with defined objectives and provided process improvement recommendations as a result. They must be able to utilize business acumen to deal with ambiguity to respond to research and regulator requests in a timely manner. Quickly and effectively adjusts to change, new priorities, processes, requirements and/or environments with a positive attitude. The Senior Analyst must demonstrate the ability to work in a positive and constructive manner with others to achieve organizational and individual goals. Commits to and holds self accountable for individual and group goals when working in a team. Listens to others, collaborates and seeks to understand what is being said, and reflects that understanding appropriately. Demonstrates and conveys information clearly and precisely using both written and oral means to inform, persuade, or compel others to action. Takes action to ensure objectives are achieved and all requirements are satisfied. Quickly overcomes obstacles to achieve objectives in a timely and accurate manner. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
