EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
7 – 10 years related experience.
Knowledge and application of principles of enterprise architecture and enterprise data architecture.
Knowledge of various programming languages and development tools, including (but not limited to) Oracle/Microsoft development tools, Java, VB, C++, and XML.
Experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) systems, policies and standards.
Experience in developing and implementing enterprise class data models and associated enterprise data architecture artifacts.
Experience in application design, data modeling and executing against overall enterprise architecture strategy.
Experience with employee and consumer assessment tools, data models and alignment with product related data is preferred.
