·         Should have a production support background 

·         20-25% coding in Java (As Java Developer)

·         Review logs, troubleshoot networks, set up servers, create incident tickets, work with development groups, infrastructure groups, troubleshoot performance issues.

·         They do not want someone that wants to be a full time developer.
