1. JAVA/J2EE - Senior level - 7 yrs. plus 

2. WebSphere / Tomcat- Senior Level - 7 yrs. plus 

3. Experience with Spring, Jersey especially in developing RESTful Web Services

4. Excellent verbal / written communication skills with the ability to explain / whiteboard solutions to technical team leadership.
