I need your expertise on a Drupal 7 to 8 migration for, on site here in DC.

Please contact me if you are  capable of developing a new campaign by customizing modules, design themes for 10 additional pages.

Ideally, you'll have strong UI skills as well in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS and MySQL
