Position: Oracle Database Engineer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: San Jose, CA

 

Job Description:

·         Core Oracle DBEs  (not Oracle Apps DBEs)

·         They do not need to have enterprise Manager experience.

·         They should be able to work on command Line and perform OEM functions

  

Deliverables

·         Operational Support of Oracle and SQL server DB's

·         Basic DBA responsibilities such as tablespace extensions, adding users, schema export/import [without OEM]  

·         Rman cloning and refreshes [without using OEM]  

·         Basic performance analysis awr/ash/os/etc [without using OEM]

·         Dataguard broker setup/config [without using OEM]

·         Shell/plsql/python

·         Basic network/os debugging skills
